TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please check the age requirements for all piercing bookings. We do not perform piercings for babies or smaller children. All customers under the age of 16 have to have a parent or legal guardian present with them, and both parties need to consent to the procedure. A photo ID will be required for everyone age 16+. If you can't produce a valid form of ID (or a parent/ legal guardian isn't present to sign your form) you will be refused service and any deposit paid is automatically forfeited. All services at Titanic Tattoo & Piercing are provided exclusively based on the customer’s informed consent. We reserve the right to refuse service in the cases when the customer's ability to make decisions is hindered by a substance or influenced by a third party, questioned or unclear as well as when the consent gets withdrawn during the procedure. If you cancel/reschedule within the 24 hours leading up to your appointment you will forfeit your deposit.
Legal age for tattooing is 18 and anyone under 25 may be asked for ID. Tattoo deposits are non-refundable and may only be returned back in the form of a voucher (if the appointment isn't moved to a later date). Moving of appointments deadline: via phone on 02380631215 at least 3 days before scheduled appointment date. Any changes to the design such as size or placement must be mentioned to us minimum 48 hours before the appointment time.
Gift cards purchased in store and online are valid to use on all services and products. Purchase value does not expire. Multiple gift cards can be used for a single purchase. If you spend more than your gift card value, you can pay the additional money at checkout, if you spend less than the gift voucher value you will have a credit balance to use later. Titanic does not accept liability of lost or stolen gift cards. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
